Finished Row-A-Long Quilt

Today is a "bind a quilt" kind of day.  The weather is cool, in the 60's, and cloudy.  I'm so happy to show you the finished Row-a-long quilt that many of us made with Lori from Bee in My Bonnet.  I thoroughly enjoyed making this quilt.  I used fabrics from my stash and played around with purple and soft brown, two colors I don't normally use.  Mary, my quilter/friend, did a fantastic job of quilting.  I wish you could see the detail she put into each row.  It's amazing.  I just took it out of the dryer and it's all crinkly and warm.  I want to thank Lori, again, for all the time and effort she took in designing the quilt and sharing her patterns and detailed directions with us.  It's not too late to make your own row-a-long quilt!

Smiles,

  1. It turned out great! I love it! I have all of the tutes pinned and one day I will either make it, or use the blocks as borders on other quilts!

  6. Your quilt is really beautiful! I made one also, and really love it. Did you see that Lori has written a book with the same blocks made into more quilts and projects?

I still have the borders to do on mine, so need to get moving on that - am being too distracted by the Scrappy Trip ;-)

  14. I still have mine to bind but it is ready! I loved doing this quilt and yours is beautiful! I won't ever want to give it away but its not any size I have for a bed in my home. Not sure what to do with it. Have to redecorate I guess.
