Great Granny Quilt

Yesterday my Great Granny Quilt came back from being quilted.  Oh my, Mary did a wonderful job of quilting it.

I quickly put the binding on so that I could snap some pictures for you.  I used the left over squares on the back of the quilt.

Thank you, Lori, for hosting such a great quilt-a-long.  I will treasure this always!

Smiles,

  5. Makes me want to cozy up in it!! Second thought, it IS 80F outside....better hold that thought for a while. The quilting is perfect and that quilt is the epitome of "warm fuzzies". Love all the prints and how they work together!

  15. I really love the great granny quilts but knew I would never have time to do those small blocks. Your's is doable! Can you do a tute with the measurements for people like me who can't figure it out on their own yet? Unless you already did I one and I forgot? LOL
    Thanks!
