If I stitch fast enough, does it count as aerobic exercise?

  10. Miss Renee, I am catching up on post after vacation and you will be happy to know that my husband a Dr. said yes this is true....as long as you are on a treadmill! Always a joker. This will be my new motto. Why waste time exercising when you could be stitching...Renee
