Welcome! Today is my stop on the Paperie blog tour, hosted by Amy Sinibaldi and Art Gallery Fabrics. I'm excited to be a part of this tour along side some wonderful artists. It has been fun getting to know Amy over the years and meeting her in person at the Swapaholics retreat last year. Amy is an amazing designer and I am so thrilled that she is creating fabric and writing books! Let's take a look at what I made with her gorgeous line...
Scripture reference 1 Corinthians 13:13
Quilt design my own
Lettering from "The ABC's of Words on Quilts" by Elizabeth Scott
Mice and bed pattern, "And Sew to Bed" by Jo Carter
featured in Issue 28 of Love Patchwork & Quilting
Mouse house purse design my own
Purse handles - Superbuzzy
Crochet Kitty applique, "Children's Boutique" by Jackie Clark
The texture of Art Gallery fabrics is so soft and is a dream to sew with. The canvas used to create the purse is wonderfully sturdy and the knit fabric made for a yummy receiving blanket. I had so much fun with the mice and of course needed a little kitty to watch over it all. If you haven't purchased Paperie yet, get your hands on some before it's gone!
