And One More...

Early last week I got an itch to make a table runner for the future bride and groom.  One they can put on their table or on their dresser as they see fit.  I had some very pretty tan linen with the striped border and I sat down and began to play with fabrics from my stash.  I have not make a Dresden before and rather enjoyed the process.

The future bride and groom have been sweethearts since middle school and I got the notion that maybe there's a tree somewhere with their initials on it.  I also had to add some yo-yo's - for fun!

It was a fun project.  I enjoyed all the hand quilting with pretty perle cotton.  I did buy them some sheets as well because I have come to realize that people really do want things off their registry.

With joy,
