In The Yard

I was able to get some yard work done this morning before the rain set in.  I even managed to get a little Preen on some of the flower beds.  Although last years hydrangea flowers are dry, they still look pretty to me against the black of the wheelbarrow.  I hope you are having a productive Monday!

Hugs,

  2. I used to have tons of hydrangeas. I also love the way the dried ones look. I have even sprayed them with floral color and used them throughout the year!

  3. Look at your ivy in the background! Love that as much as the hydrangea!

  4. Too bad there isn't some way to preserve those Hydrangeas. You must have lots of bushes. I can't seem to find a spot they like.
It was near 80 where I am today. Wish I was home working in my garden.

  7. Trying to keep up on my hydrangeas. I had to transplant one to the front yard so it would get the correct amt of sun in the morning and then shade in the afternoon. May have to transplant the other one too from the back yard..time will tell. I am in NC. Where are you from may I ask?

  8. I once saw a pretty wreath made from dried hydrangeas. I planted one last fall and it made it through winter. Hoping to see the buds open soon. And my daughter just gave me one for my b-day. Guess we all have hydrangeas on our minds right now.
