Last night I hosted a meeting for an event that our church will be doing in December. I needed a dessert and was hard pressed for time. Something from scratch just wasn't going to happen.
I remembered that I had this Whoopie Pie Mix in the pantry for such an occasion. A little milk, butter and egg and I was good to go. If you see this in a store, pick it up, it was delicious! Cute packaging never hurt either!
Hugs,
I love Whoopie Pies!!

thanks- blessings x
Yum!! :o)
ReplyDeleteO do these look simply yummy!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun...these little guys are all the go up here...I have yet to make any...now they are on my list and red velvet ones sound perfect! Hugs to you.
ReplyDeleteMy mom used to make Whoopie Pies! Wish I had her recipe! These look good.
ReplyDeleteWe always get whoopie pies when we're in Amish country--yum! The more cream filling the better. I've never seen a mix before, but they sure looked good. Right now my son is requesting pumpkin whoopie pies. I actually have a cookbook that is strictly whoopie pie recipes.

My oldest son will be 16 on Monday and he told me that he wants red velvet cupcakes. Unfortunately, can't get any kinda mix for that here otherwise I would run out and buy the whoopie pie one. Yum! Hope you are having a good day. Tammy
ReplyDeleteNever made a whoopie pie before. Love the concept.
ReplyDeleteNever seen that before, but they look good! Have a wonderful evening
ReplyDeleteThose look so yummy. I hava a mix from Walmart for chocolate ones. The frosting part is rolled in Halloween sprinkles. Got them for the grankids, but your red velet ones are more to my taste.
