Apple Cozies

Last night I was watching t.v. and decided I needed a little something to do with my hands.  I remembered that I had purchased a magazine with the cutest apple cozies on the cover and went in search of it.

I think that this would make wonderful place cards for a dinner.  You could attach a ribbon to the stem with your guests name on it.  It would be a fun gift for a child to take to a teacher.  It took me less than an hour from start to finish.  I'll be tucking this pattern into my purse for when I need a little project on-the-go.  It makes me smile whenever I look at it!

Joyfully,

  6. Oh I LOVE apple cozies...I have a pattern for one..But can't follow a crochet pattern to save my life... :) I do know a basic crochet stitch but that's about it.... If we were neighbors I would be ringing your doorbell on this one... :)
