This block is the fourth in the Summer Sampler Series. This one took quite a while to complete with all the half square triangles, but it's one of my favorites. Hope you are having a good day today! The quilt along info can be viewed here.
Oh I love those colors together. Can't wait to see the whole quilt put together!! Stay cool, I hear it's really hot in your hometown just like here. We must keep reminding ourselves.....winter. Blah!
These last two blocks are really screaming at me to try this. Your use of Flower Sugar prints really makes these blocks. What a lovely quilt it is going to be. I have a collection of Flower Sugar I have been saving. I think it would also be pretty in Red Rose Farm. Ohhhh for more hours in my day.
oohh that is so very pretty. Are the yellow blocks appliqued on the top? dee x
ReplyDeleteI love the fresh colours you have used Renee. Thank you for letting us know about this series. Happy crafting, Jenny

ReplyDeleteSo beautiful....I really need to sit long enough to take up quilting. My friends all do it...so why can't I????
ReplyDeleteHugs sweet one.
The more HSTs there are, the more I like the block! Even if HSTs are a pain the piece. ;-)
