Every time I watch this I feel like a child again, laying on the floor in my living room, manually turning the knob to the channel, all excited because this show was on, the one you waited for all year long!
Merry Christmas Renee! Your blog is just the most lovely I think I have ever visited! I took the entire Christmas home tour, what a treat! So many vintage things to admire, and so many ideas to take away with me. I wanted to let you know that you will be receiving a set of vintage cards from my Giveaway! You will be thrilled at the rich colors and absolute charm of these special cards. Thank you so much for taking a moment of your day to visit mine. It means so very much! You can e-mail me your address at elizabeth.andrus@yahoo.com Wishing you a joyous day on Christmas! Elizabeth
I love "A Charlie Brown Christmas"! It's hard to believe it was almost never aired because of Linus's monologue. The TV execs thought it was too religious! Ha ha on them, since it is one of the best-loved Christmas cartoons of all time!
Have a supremely blessed Christmas! I, too, am always touched by Linus and his thoughtful monologue. My dad posts this every year and I always get misty-eyed. Thank you for sharing!
